This is my Olds 88. It's got a 455 that was rated by Oldsmobile at 310hp and 490ft-lbs of torque. It's got a single flowmaster exhaust, which sounds loud and rumbly but doesn't really do anything to help performance at all. The motor still has plenty of torque to give a swift kick to the ass. If the carb behaves then I can easily fry the tires, if not then it may bog. I suppose that should be first on my list of things to replace. That little 2 barrel really isn't doing this big engine justice anyway. I should upgrade it to a 4 barrel. But With my lack of money and the 88's daily driver status I'm not sure I'll be changing much in the near future. Anyway, enough words - On with the pics:        |
